... if it worked! downloaded this app and it systematically crashes! id like to know who has managed to make it work and HOW!

I was looking for something that would allow me to point my iPhone at something and find out the closest standard color for a color I was trying to identify, so that Id have something objective rather than just my subjective guess at the color (or just a RGB or CMYK value, which isnt much better). This app fits the bill perfectly, allowing me to find a Pantone color that closely matches the color Im looking at. Of course I know that its not the same as calibrated color measurement under controlled conditions, but its a zillion times better than just trying to guess things by eye. Lots of other cool features too that Im still exploring.

Until there is a way to load ICC profiles for an accurate CMYK conversion, and to a lesser extent RGB conversions, this app is fairly useless.

The recent update is outraging. When I bought this app it was a useful tool, after the update there is literally nothing left from the old functionalities. If you have the old version: do not update! If you consider buying: do so if you are willing to serve as a cash cow.

Good app, not fully compatible with ipad resolution

The older version was easier to use, more intuitive and I had access to the swatches. Paid 9.99 once, I will not pay again to use the new features I dont need.

Please, send my money back. I already paied by this app. Its not correct to charge again and force us to sign something it was already paied. Did Apple agreed with this terms?

Ive paid US$ 10 to have myPANTONE app, put all my library of colors there and this update changed everything, destroyed my library and it is charging me again??? Whats that suppose to be? I want my app back.

Bought mypantone and now this, with montly subscription. What a joke ....

I bought it from Itunes Store and it did not sync to my new iphone. There was no disclamer warning this change of policy when I purchased the app!

Besides not being the app that I bought, the CMYK references are gone. Its by far the worse upgrade ever. Please contact an UX professional.

You can browse all Pantone fans, which is nice. But the app looks outdated on iOS7+ which was released more than one year back. Also the calibration with the i1Pro2 together with the Mac desktop app doesnt work. The app stops the calibration in the middle of the process and the desktop app shows an error message. The app does not make much sense uncalibrated. This app costs 8€ and its from Pantone/Xrite, so I would expect an up to date and perfectly working app.

Flat design makes apps boring and lets products fail. Im so glad I still had the old .ipa file in iTunes to restore the old app I had paid for.

omg! the latest update to studio is awful! please, back to previous version of the app!

With the update to version 3, I was "robbed" by Pantone: My fully working Pantone-App was replaced by a trial version! Now I have to pay more than 7 Euros per month for full features.

Instead of adding a new app you just kill the old one which worked VERY well for me, instead of the new one. AND I have NO MORE ACCESS to my palettes I was working with if I dont subscribe for MONEY?!? Really!?! You know what? Keep your shiny new (cr)ap(p). Im out of this and surely give you NO money for this politics and a bling bling app thats far behind the old one - or all the really great apps within my Adobe suscription. Come back down to the bottom and meet your people there, when youre back. Good journey so far...

Pantone killed my paid app and replaced it with this piece of unbelievably expensive crap. Without asking or providing info beforehand. Zero stars!

i already paid for the App. Why paying again with this Update? Not fair! App is rubbish.

I want my money back. Bought 2 times the old version, now replaced by suscription based app. Money and app lost. Hands off from Pantone Products.
